I was exactly where you are right now. High-achieving on the outside, thriving in my engineering and biotech career, but silently crippled by anxiety and procrastination.
I’d start ten projects and finish none. I’d hyperfocus on the wrong things for hours while my real priorities sat untouched. The worst part wasn’t the scattered attention. It was the shame and the constant feeling of never being or doing enough.
I tried everything to “manage” my ADHD: medication, planners, courses. Nothing stuck. It wasn’t until I completely burned out that I made a decision.
I wouldn’t just manage my ADHD, I’d learn how to turn it into my advantage.
That journey taught me something no one ever told me: focus and attention aren’t just about discipline. They require a foundation of safety, dopamine, and self-worth.

4. Identity: Rewire your subconscious patterns and embody your most magnetic self. This is about becoming the woman who already has what she desires and executing from that place
5. Reframe ADHD: Learn to see ADHD not as a flaw but as a feature. Reclaim the brilliance, boldness, and intensity of your neurodivergent mind and write a new internal narrative
6. Biohack your ADHD: Discover how to enter hyperfocus intentionally, without burnout. You’ll use focus windows, flow-stacking, and environment optimization to make your brilliance sustainable. And you'll learn how to focus & flow with your monthly cycle.
7. Vision + Clarity: Tap into your intuition and gain crystal clarity on what you’re here to create. You’ll articulate and energetically anchor your vision for the next chapter.
8. Execution & Magnetism: Master time, boredom, and resistance. Learn how to execute with magnetism, energy, and aligned hustle.
